The Board was established in 1951 under an Act of the State Legislature called the West Bengal Secondary Education Act of 1950.

The result for a candidate can be viewed online on the following site :

www.wbbse.org
or
www.wbbse.co.in

One needs to submit the assigned roll number to get the results. The process is pretty simplified and one can get one’s results within seconds.
