Every year, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education come out with the HSC exam results. The main office of the Maharashtra Secondary Board is located in Pune.

The results of the divisional board such as Pune, Nagpur, Amravati, Nasik, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Mumbai and Latur are also out.

The Board comes out with the data for overall performance, sex-wise performance, grade-wise performance, stream-wise performance, and subject-wise performance.

The state of Kerala conducts entrance examinations for various courses in pharmacy, law, engineering, management, architecture, agriculture, veterinary, etc.

Kerala KEAM is the entrance test conducted for these courses.
